4 simple steps to a stress free party

  • Pick up your crate.

    After you have chosen your theme, you get to sit back and relax until the weekend of your party! Pick your crate up on the Thursday before your event.

  • Set up your decor.

    The entire party crate is yours for the whole weekend! Set up the day before your party and have a fun photo shoot with the backdrop and props! All items come in labeled bins and bags to make for an easy set up. A “Tips and Tricks” guide is included with all party crates.

  • Pack it up.

    Don’t rush! (unless your venue makes you) You have until Monday to return the crate. Leave the decor up an extra day and let the birthday boy/girl soak up their special milestone. When you are ready, just place items back in the labeled bags and bins that they came in.

  • Return the crate.

    Load the bins in the car, drop them off on the Monday following your party, and you’re done! No more trying to sell your unwanted decor or staring at boxes of decorations for the next 3 months!

A deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and act as a retainer until your crate is paid in full.

  • Yes! We offer decorating services for $100. Simply mention that when booking your crate.

  • We are constantly adding new themes and inventory! If you don’t see the theme you are hoping for, simply fill out our request form or send us an email.

  • Of course! Custom banners start at $20 and can be added on to any of our crates.

  • Yes! Delivery rates will be charged based on miles from 15143.

  • We recommend booking your party crate at least two months in advance. If you know your party date (or even the weekend) further in advance, we will be happy to get you on the calendar whenever you are ready!
